- Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching holes, sanding, and priming.
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Perform apartment turn painting efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
- Complete commercial interior painting projects with a high-quality finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Follow safety protocols and properly handle painting materials.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of professional painting experience (apartment turns or commercial projects preferred).
- Strong knowledge of paint types, finishes, and application techniques.
- Ability to cut clean lines and achieve a smooth, even finish.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
- Punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen.
Preferred (Not Required) Skills:
- Experience with spray painting equipment.
- Basic drywall patching and minor repairs.
