Description
Pine Valley Country Club is an 18-hole private member-owned golfing facility with additional amenities available for members and guests. It was established in 1955 and is located in Wilmington, NC. Pine Valley Country Club has Champion Bermuda grass greens and Bermuda grass fairways, tees, and surrounding rough areas.
We are seeking a positive, hardworking individual who has the desire to improve golf course conditions daily. This individual will work alongside the Superintendent to facilitate and take part in scheduled daily activities.

Requirements
- Prior irrigation system knowledge/repair/operation.
- Fertilizer/pesticide, application/calibration/record keeping, and sprayer operation.
- A Certified NC State pesticide applicators license is required or the ability to obtain one will be expected.
- A 2- or 4-year turf/agronomy degree or in a related field of education is required.
- 2-3 years golf course maintenance experience is required.
- Prior Assistant Superintendent or AIT experience is a plus.
- A full understanding of the game of golf and acceptable playing conditions is to be expected.
