Description
Pine Valley Country Club is private country club located in Wilmington, NC. We are looking for a part-time Maintenance Technician who is a team player, has an increased mechanical aptitude, and is detailed in their work. The position shifts are flexible and include some weekends and holidays.
Requirements
JOB Responsibilities:
Assisting the lead maintenance technician in all operational equipment and facility infrastructure
Facilitate cleaning of the property
Collaborate with other departments in the scheduling of down time and PM repairs
Other duties as assigned
JOB Requirements:
Minimum one year mechanical and or cleaning experience
Technically sound and hands-on in troubleshooting
Experience with PM's (Preventative Maintenance Programs)
Strong written, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Detailed and results oriented
Ability to work flexible and/or extended/weekend and holiday hours depending on demands
Physical Demands:
Ability to kneel, stand or bend and be able to lift 50 pounds
Ability to work at heights
