Job Description
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and dining room
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Answer phone calls and assist with phone etiquette
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse range of guests
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Position Schedule:
-Tuesday through Saturday: 10:45am to 3:00pm (2:00pm some days)
-Some Sundays required
