We are looking for a dedicated Pool Bartender to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Provide attentive and personalized service to members and guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.
- Take food orders from patrons and input them accurately into the system.
- Serve food to patrons in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet the club's standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the poolside bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate efficient service and uphold the club's standards of excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed, while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
- Uphold the club's reputation for professionalism and hospitality, fostering positive relationships with patrons and fellow staff members.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Indiana Liquor License, or be willing to obtain one.
- Previous bartending/serving experience in a high-end hospitality setting, preferably within a country club or resort environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and polished demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
- Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
