Regional Sales Manager
Territory Includes - Charlotte, Western NC, Northwest SC, Northern GA
Travel: 25%-40%, plus 4-6 overnights a month

The ideal candidate is a successful sales professional that wants to be a key part of an established sales and marketing team. Experience with outside sales in manufacturing or distribution channel sales is desired. Self-drive and success, combined with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, proficient computer skills, and a desire to learn will be key.

- Maintain required sales documentation

Job Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with our network of dealers.
- Identify prospect needs and present appropriate solutions to grow dealer base.
- Successful at consultative selling using industry leading value proposition and tools to increase dealer partners sales volume.
- Apply risk management protocols to ensure the company and its assets are protected.
- Record activities and market knowledge to grow sales data and drive new offerings.
- Remain knowledgeable of Pine View Buildings products, program and service offerings and requirements
- Exhibit knowledge and understanding of policies/procedures and the ability to determine course of actions based on given guidelines.
Requirements:
- Sales experience combined with professional acumen and self-motivation.
- The need to succeed.
- You must have a clean driving record and pass a background screening.
- Most importantly, you must be willing to live the vision and values of Pine View Buildings: Integrity, Candor, Respect, Enthusiasm and Accountability.
- Ability to travel 40-50% of the time to the stores within your region and to the office in Statesville, NC periodically for meetings and company events
