ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pine View Buildings Location Sales
- Manage all sales for office
- Respond to incoming sales leads from Website
- Assist walk in Customers
- Process incoming customer delivery calls
- Delivery to-do’s
- Inventory monthly reconciliation

Prior Experience In
- Internal or external sales
- Ability to lead a future team of 1-2 people
- Inside sales: 1 year (Required)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Benefits

Compensation : 3.5% Commission on gross sales for the lot, plus a $750 weekly salary
Salary : $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year. You are driving the sales, and the earning potential is what YOU make it!
