What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospitality Server position at Pineapple Ink Tavern?
We are looking for Hospitality Servers at Pineapple Ink Tavern - a local Cuban-American restaurant in downtown Augusta! We offer Brunch and Dinner Friday thru Sunday. As a server, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Family, friends and community are important in Cuban traditions and we use this family oriented mindset in the focal point of everything we do.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and friendly manner.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions about ingredients or preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Follow health and safety regulations and ensure food quality standards are met.
- Work as part of a team to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere for guests.
