We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team. Pinecrest Animal Hospital is located in Owosso, MI, conveniently located approximately within 45 minutes of Lansing and Saginaw. Pinecrest Animal Hospital offers a modern clean facility with advanced technology (digital x-ray, dedicated surgical suite, dedicated dental suite, and full in house laboratory) and a compassionate driven team that provides excellent high quality patient care.
Duties
- Conduct thorough examinations of animals to assess their health and diagnose any medical conditions.
- Administer vaccinations and medications as needed.
- Perform surgical procedures, including animal catheterization, spaying, and neutering.
- Provide emergency care for injured or ill animals.
- Maintain accurate medical records for each patient, documenting treatments and progress.
- Educate pet owners on animal husbandry, care practices, and preventive health measures.
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine and participate in continuing education opportunities.
