As the Personal Executive Assistant to our CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our leadership team with various administrative and personal tasks. What You’ll Do
- Personal Assistance: Manage personal tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, picking up lunches, and handling dry cleaning.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, drafting correspondence, and organizing meetings.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
