We’re hiring for multiple senior-level positions across:

• Account Management – Manage a book of 50–90 client groups, own the relationship with HR/business owners, and troubleshoot benefits issues
• Client Onboarding – Lead the setup of new clients across carriers and payroll systems, ensuring seamless transitions
• Renewals & Plan Strategy – Guide employers through open enrollment, shop for competitive offerings, and present tailored plan options

What you’ll do:

• Act as a trusted advisor for clients on all things benefits-related
• Collaborate across departments to implement and maintain benefit programs
• Handle escalated issues with clarity and urgency
• Maintain meticulous documentation and follow SOPs
• Keep up with industry changes and guide clients through them

What you bring:

• 2 years experience in insurance, group benefits, or HRIS/benadmin systems
• Strong understanding of carrier setup, open enrollment, or renewal cycles
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Proficiency with systems like Ease, Employee Navigator, Gusto, or similar
• A proactive, accountable, and resourceful mindset
