Our facility is located in Pinehurst, NC. We are currently accepting applications from local candidates exclusively. Please note that we are unable to offer compensation for relocation expenses.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls (10-15 calls per day)
- Provide customers with order updates
- Follow up with customer requests to ensure their needs are met
- Answer e-mail and other online platform messaging system questions
- Develop customer relationships
- Address customer questions and complaints with creative solutions
- Assist in order fulfillment
- Assist various departments with customer communication

Qualifications:
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with Google platforms (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Experience with eBay is a plus
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Ability to sit in one location for longer periods of time
