Fulfillment Specialist

Pinehurst Coin Exchange, Inc. is a leader in the precious metals industry with a strong e-commerce presence. We are currently looking for a full-time Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. You will work from our facility, located in Pinehurst, NC, starting part-time with the possibility of increasing hours and pay. Some experience in inventory and order fulfillment, exceptional organizational skills, and an eye for detail will provide you with the best chance for success. While this position is not overly physical, some level of physical endurance will be necessary. You must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. We are currently looking for local candidates only. Relocation expenses are not provided.

Duties:

(Training will be provided)

• Pick and package products for daily shipments
• Unpack and verify received shipments
• Compile paperwork necessary for daily shipments
• Complete audits and counts on products
• Effectively communicate with team members
• Assist in order fulfillment

• Comfortable using inventory control and shipping software
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Qualifications:

• Warehouse/Inventory experience preferred
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
• Must be able to lift and carry 40lbs
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
