Pinehurst Country Club is recruiting for our upcoming season! This is a seasonal part-time Server position!
Essential Functions:
- Be punctual and in neat, clean uniform.
- Possess knowledge of all items on our food menus, bar menus and wine lists.
- Set up/ tear down for breakfast, lunch, dinner, club social functions and private parties.
- Organize and pace meal courses for member dining.
- Clean after all designated meals and parties.
- Possess knowledge of principles, values, and processes for providing exceptional guest services.
- Attend all pre-shift staff meetings.
Minimum Requirements:
- Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol
- Basic knowledge of food service.
- Ability to work and focus in loud, high pressure and fast paced environments.
- Ability to successfully work as part of a team as well as being independently motivated.
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time (8- 10 hours).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. at one time.
- Maintains a pleasant and polite demeanor while interacting with members and staff.
- Ability to perform physical activates that require considerable use of arms and legs.

- Must be able to adapt to constant changes (Menu Changes, POS Changes, and Section Changes).
Pay is $21.00 per hour
