Job Title: Assistant Community Manager In the Downtown area
Job Summary:
The Assistant Community Manager assists the Community Manager with day-to-day property management activity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Comply with Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
- Comply with State Residential Landlord and Tenant Acts and all other governmental laws/regulations
- Assist with the collection of rent and ensure timely bank deposits
- Prepare lease documents. Verify compliance with lease files, accurate completion of applications, income verifications, asset verifications and other related paperwork
- Respond to resident complaints and provide resolution
- Accept applications, conduct property tours, track and follow up with potential residents
- Code and post invoices accurately and timely
- Enter resident activity into online database in an accurate and timely manner
- Responsible for processing and posting notices to residents
- Increase resident retention by establishing and maintaining positive, professional relationship with residents
- Other duties as assigned by the Community Manager
Qualifications required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1-3 years related experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service and administrative tasks.
- Basic bookkeeping and general mathematical principles preferred.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication skills.
- Pre-employment background check required.

Salary: $24.50.00-$25.00 DOE per hour

Benefits: Pinehurst offers Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and disabilty through Providence and Principle. Insurance will begin on the first of the month following 60 days of employment for full time employees.
