Reporting to the President, the EVP of Operations is the leader of all operating departments, including lodging, golf, food & beverage, membership, golf course maintenance, spa, transportation, and facilities maintenance. What You’ll Do
- Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Oversee all resort and club operations, including lodging, golf, food & beverage, golf course maintenance, membership, spa, transportation, and facilities maintenance.
- Ensure Pinehurst’s guest and member experience exceeds expectations through exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with finance, human resources, and sales executives to align financial performance, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction objectives.
- Work with project teams to envision, plan, and execute new lodging, golf, restaurant, and amenity projects.
- Foster collaboration and communication among departments to ensure a consistent and seamless guest experience.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for all operating departments, ensuring financial responsibility while maintaining best-in-class service levels.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative hospitality experiences, enhanced membership engagement, and premium guest services.

- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team committed to excellence and hospitality.

- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- 10 years of executive-level experience in hospitality, luxury resorts, or club operations.
- Proven track record in leading large teams (500 employees) and managing complex budgets.
- Deep understanding of luxury hospitality, guest experience design, and service excellence.
- Authentic golf knowledge and passion with understanding of industry and consumer.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
