The Experiences and Content Project Manager for Pinelake Students will resource, strengthen, and enhance the spiritual development of 5th-12th grade students through providing resources and logistical support. Education And/Or Experience
The minimum requirement for the Curriculum and Experiences Project Manager is a bachelor’s degree. Competitive candidates will have advanced discipleship training and writing experience.

General Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Student Ministry and Campus Student Teams to research, format, and resource weekly curriculum, student content, parent resources, and servant leader material for use in Pinelake56 and Pinelake Student ministries of Pinelake Church.
- Basic personal responsibilities:
- Maintain a vital and growing personal walk with the Lord through committed Bible study, prayer, meditation and practicing L3.
- Maintain proper priorities in your home including your spouse and children (if married and/or with children).
- Faithfully support the ministries of Pinelake by maintaining wise stewardship measures over the resources entrusted to you.
- Maintain active participation in community.
- Reflect a growing awareness and practice of personal Emotional Healthy Spirituality.
- Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner to glorify Christ and further the mission and ministry purposes of Pinelake Church (Colossians 3:23-24).
- Value the 7 H’s of our staff culture in your heart, home, and life (Humility, Honor, Honesty, Hunger, Holy Spirit, Health and Harmony).
- Assist the Director of Student Minstry in collaboration with Campus Team to evaluate, strengthen, and resource Pinelake 56 & Pinelake Student ministry areas.
- Write and/or supplement ministry content for the Pinelake 56 & Pinelake Student weekly ministry gatherings and other discipleship gatherings (Jesus Centered Life class, Be The Church course, Baptism class)
- Provide content and logistical support to the Pinelake 56 & Pinelake Student ministry environments outside of weekly programming such as: 56 Camp, United Camp, United Wknd, Parent Events, Servant Leader Events, etc.
- Works closesly with other internal departments (Comms, IT, etc) to resource Pinelake 56 & Pinelake Student weekly gathering and events.
- Assist the Director of Student Ministry by coordinating and having on-site presence at 56 Camp, United Camp, and United Wknd. Present in leading Camp Team prior and at 56 Camp & United Camp.
- Evaluate usage of weekly curriculum and other OneChurch provided content in collaboration with campuses to ensure that the resources provided are effective and utilized as best as possible at campuses.
- Consistently communicate with the Director of Student Ministry in the research and development of new ministry resources, partners, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Student Ministry.
