Production Director (Madison Campus)

SUMMARY:

This position serves on the Madison Worship team by leading production aspects of the ministry under the leadership of the Worship Pastor. This position will develop and lead strategies in spiritual care, recruiting, equipping, and assimilation of servant leadership in the production ministry at the Madison Campus.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work in coordination with the overall goals and objectives of Pinelake Church.
• Assist other staff members, when needed, to support teamwork and contribute to the successful completion of their objectives and strategies.
• Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner to glorify Christ and further the mission and ministry purposes of Pinelake Church (Colossians 3:23-24).

SPECIFIC LIST OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and lead people through a systematic process of recruiting, assimilating, and equipping leaders who serve in video, lighting, audio, staging, and producing.
• Develop and lead strategies in the spiritual discipleship and development of production team members.
• Approve, manage, and provide A/V support for events at the Madison Campus through Rock management software-- weddings, funerals, Bible studies, occasional outside events, etc. Responsible for staffing the approved events.
• Working under the coaching of the One Church Production Director, will consult and assist in design of all staging elements.
• In conjunction with the Worship Pastor, will lead and manage all Sunday and other corporate gathering production teams to carry out the vision of the services in all venues at Pinelake Madison.
• Working with the One Church Production Director, will speak into, develop, and be responsible for the overall look and feel of series at the Madison campus-- video elements, lighting, sound, mood -- and how they all flow together to support the message and heart of the day.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; and four to six years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Expertise in FOH audio, lighting, and video systems is essential.

The story of Pinelake Church began in February of 1971 in Brandon, Mississippi in a mobile chapel in a rural area near The Reservoir. By God's grace and power, our faith family has grown into a dynamic church spanning five cities throughout our state -- Clinton, Madison, Oxford, the Reservoir, and Starkville. Weekly, we serve over 12,000 people, but we celebrate stories of life change one person at a time.

MADISON CAMPUS: 


We planted our Madison campus in 2006, and God has done some fantastic things in our midst! Currently, we welcome 1,700 children, students, and adults each weekend from across Madison County to our worship experiences, bless the community through our Care Center and other ministries, and are a vibrant expression of Christ to all those in Madison County! What's more, Madison is one of the fastest growing counties in the state, with an 8.1% population growth over the past five years and over 100,000 current residents!
