Job Overview
Quality Improvement Director, an executive-level management position, that will be tasked with defining and promoting a quality mindset across the entire agency. The Director will be responsible for managing all QA functions including but not limited to compliance, utilization management, consumer complaints, and working with cross-departmental leadership to deliver high quality services. Director will oversee agency policies and must have the ability to write and interpret policies for the agency.
Responsibilities
This role is essential for driving continuous improvement within the organization and ensuring that all operations align with regulatory requirements while enhancing patient care.
Education
Bachelor Degree required; Masters degree preferred.
Experience
At least 1 year prior experience in quality management
