What are the responsibilities and job description for the Individual Support Worker - Mental Health Residential position at PINELAND BHDD CSB?
This position is to work as houseparent at Justin's House (Mental Health Residential), located in Statesboro, GA. Full time or part time position available.
SIGN ON BONUS $ 700
Under general supervision, monitors residents in a residential/home life environment.
Monitors both residents and their independent children, (if applicable), for safety on an on-going basis. Observes, monitors, document and reports resident behavior/progress on an ongoing basis. Trains and assists residents in basic home maintenance skills, basic parenting skills, interpersonal development, and money management. Maintains a clean, healthy and safe environment.Provides transportation for residents to appointments and activities.Performs community integration functions.
Prospective candidates must have obtained a High school diploma or GED. Minimum age to apply is 21 years old. CNA preferred.
All applicants will be subject to the following prior to employment: MVR, Drug Screen, National (NCIC) and Local (GCIC) Background Check.
Georgia Driver's License, Class C required with no suspensions in the last 5 years.
