HR Administration Assistant - P/T

Job Summary:
The HR Administration Assistant position supports the HR administration team here in the office. This role will report to Senior Human Resources Management Team.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Provide a welcoming and professional environment for office visitors and staff.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Handle incoming calls.
- Assist in the hiring and onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain Certificates of Insurance.
- Update and organize files to ensure compliance.
- Learn and assist with payroll processing.
- Manage invoicing tasks.
- Handle safety documentation and ensure records are maintained.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Part-time year-round position.
- Dependable, organized, and able to prioritize duties and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Trustworthy and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
- Competent and comfortable using Microsoft 360 Suite.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining spreadsheets in Excel.
