Teacher of Health & Physical Education Will:
- Develop and implement engaging health and physical education lesson plans.
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Provide individualized support to students with varying abilities.
- Incorporate physical activities to promote student wellness and fitness.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Stay updated on educational trends and best practices in health and physical education.
About You:
- Can connect with children of all ages and abilities, inspiring them to be physically active and adopt healthy nutritional habits while having fun at the same time.
- Are self-directed, collaborative, and able to develop positive working relationships with staff, students, and other education agencies.
- Possess an NJDOE CE, CEAS, Provisional or Standard Teacher of Health and Physical Education certificate
- Possess an NJDOE CEAS or Standard Driver Education instructional certificate(preferred but not required).
- Must obtain a NJ DOE Criminal History background check approval and undergo Tuberculosis testing.
