We are seeking a Customer Service Associate with a strong sense of efficiency and self-management skills. This is an opportunity to establish working relationships with our clients, vendors, and Maintenance Operations team, while contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.
The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.

Job Duties
- Prepare and process memorial orders in accordance with client's specifications
- Collaborate with clients to obtain any outstanding order details, as well as set expectations around manufacturing and installation
- Submit orders to memorial vendors, ensuring manufacturing timelines are met and orders are delivered for installation
- Log order information into our order management system, maintaining all order records up to date
- Partner with the Bronze Installation team to ensure memorials are installed timely and accurately upon delivery
- Send notifications and mailers to clients following the installation of memorials
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- Must have solid experience using MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook email and calendar)
- Must possess strong communication, time management and organizational skills
- Experience with Client and Order Management system is preferred
