Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Therapist

Pinellas Anxiety Specialists, a growing group private practice in Palm Harbor, is seeking a full-time or part-time licensed mental health counselor to join our team. Join us if you are a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or Social Worker fully licensed in the State of Florida. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide supervision for RMHCIs at this time.

Flexible work hours and control over your patient caseload are available. Ideally, we are looking for a clinician interested in seeing a minimum of 20 patients per week. We operate as an insurance-based practice, so a willingness to work with insurance clients is essential. Don't worry about dealing with insurance companies directly as our administrative staff handles most insurance-related tasks. Our main focus is on allowing you to concentrate on patient care. While accurate and timely documentation is expected, administrative tasks are taken care of to give you more time with your patients. Therapists specializing in couples counseling, trauma therapy, and EMDR are preferred, but all niches are welcome.

Compensation is percentage-based and paid out twice monthly, with a consistent flow of referrals and no marketing responsibilities required. $75,000 yearly

• Individual therapy with a population of your ideal clients
• Maintain paperwork to ethical standards
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 20 clients per week

Requirements are:

• Current State of Florida license as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC
• Willing to work 20 hours per week or more
• Paneled with insurance a plus
• Prior private practice experience is a plus
