Job Summary
The Project Manager plays a vital role in the success of Pinmar projects by effectively managing project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Project Lead and manage project execution with a focus on communication, client management, project team coordination, and information management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain timely and effective communication with clients, design teams, trade partners, material suppliers, and consultants.
- Develop and manage construction schedules, coordinate information flow between stakeholders, and oversee the scoping and budgeting of change orders.
- Review and approve shop drawings, manage submittals, and track invoices from subcontractors.
- Lead weekly/bi-weekly job meetings and participate in pre-construction engagement for new projects, including budget and schedule preparation.
