Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate information flow between stakeholders
- Review and approve Shop Drawings
- Manage Submittals
- Scoping and budgeting of change orders
- Review/approve subcontractor invoices
Assist in developing and managing the Construction Schedule and lead the Pre-Construction engagement for new projects.
