Pinery Veterinary Center is looking for part-time Experienced Veterinary Assistants with a passion for providing excellent and efficient patient care. Some duties will include;
- Professional client communication and education.
- Diagnostic imaging and utilizing safety protocols.
- Use of Idexx Laboratory Diagnostic machines (Catalyst/Procyte/SnapPro)
- Patient restraint, phlebotomy, IVC placement, administering medications PO/IV/SQ/IM, applying and maintaining bandages.
- Proficient in Pharmaceutical drug knowledge.
- Knowledge of basic Preventative Care protocols for specific species.
- Effective time management.
- Schedule flexibility for open hours - Monday - Friday 8am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-2p.

Education/ Experience requirements: High school diploma, Veterinary Assistant Certificate a plus.
Pay: Starting at $20 per hour, DOE & Certifications
