What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resource Driver position at Pines Village Retirement Communities Inc?
Pines Village Retirement Communities is looking for a PRN Bus Driver. The Resource Driver will provide residents with transportation to appointments, shopping or planned outings and functions. Required to understand and respect confidentiality of personal and professional business of residents, family members and staff. Adheres to all PVRC policies and procedures. Works cooperatively with all employees for the benefit of the residents. Need to possess a positive, willing and helpful attitude which is essential for the success of the employee and Pines Village Retirement Communities.
EDUCATION, LICENSURE and EXPERIENCE
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years previous experience driver a passenger van is a plus.
- Must possess a valid Indiana Certified Driving License (CDL) and proof of insurance.
- Driver position is PRN (back-up driver)
- Must be able to pass a criminal background, pre-employment drug screen and reference check
