Qualifications
- Current State license as a Registered Nurse
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- 1 years of experience in a home health care setting or facility
- Knowledge of management processes and have excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with staff, other management and residents.
Responsibilities
- Performs comprehensive assessments on resident's physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of ADLs.
- Establishes a plan of care as appropriate.
- Carries out physician orders.
- Performs medication administration, treatment plans, coordinates services and promotes continuity of care and delegates duties and tasks to other licensed nurses and home health aides.
- Attends daily and weekly staff development meetings.
- Ensure overall compliance with local, state and federal laws, as well as established personnel policies and procedures.
