What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stock and Inventory position at Pines Village Retirement Communities Inc?
Stock & Inventory Specialist takes inventory, orders, puts product away and maintains an organized working environment. The Stock & Inventory Specialist works with other members of the Pines Village Retirement Communities staff to assure a positive dining experience for all residents and guests of PVRC. Required to understand and respect the confidentiality of all personal and professional business of residents and other staff members. The Stock & Inventory Specialist reports directly to the Executive Chef.
Experience and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior dining services, and/or food service experience is a plus.
- Familiar with commercial kitchen equipment preferred, kitchen experience preferred to possible cross train an individual.
- Must possess computer skills to use online ordering programs.
- Must have and maintain a valid Indiana driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Must be able to work the following schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:00am-12:00pm
