Dental Front Office Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments and recall as needed.
- Understanding and assisting patients with insurance related questions
- Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
- Updating patient records
- Presenting treatment plans and answering patient questions
- Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
- Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
- Patient and Insurance A/R
- Sending Claims and Posting Claim payments
- All aspects of front office, to be discussed.
Dental Front Office Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience working in a dental office.
- Sound knowledge of dental terminology.
- Proficient in dental practice management software (Dentrix).
- Proficient in dental insurance PPOs
- Comfortable discussing treatment fees & closing cases
- Ability to explain dental procedures
- Be a team player, motivator, supporter with a positive attitude
- Be driven, ambitious, self- motivated and passionate about dentistry.
- Working knowledge of general dental administrative practices.
- Amazing telephone etiquette
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.

Hours:
- Monday-Thursday 7:40am - 5:15pm
- 32-38 hours weekly
- 4 day work-week with your option for 5th day on Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 33 – 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No nights
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
