Job Description :
As an LPN at PineView Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care to our residents. Your duties will include :
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Assisting with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Providing education and support to residents and their families
- Ensuring compliance with established nursing standards and regulations
