Pine View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Sylvania, GA is now hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide rehabilitation services to our patients and residents. Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation per state practice act
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
- Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
- Record and document patient care services accurately and concisely
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
