Electronic charting Point Click Care (PCC)
- The RN participtaes in direct care and services provided to the residents and is responsible for the quality of nursing care and manaegment of nursing staff during their assigned shifts
- Manage all nurses and CNA's, promote good communication between staff, residents, physicians and hospitals as needed throughout the shifts
- Ensure proper care is being received, professionalism is being adhered to and lead by example
- Manage schedule, call off and shift needs
- Responsible for disciplinary action at times if needed, hold staff accountable for good performance to ensure an excellent caring experience for the residents in a skilled nursing environment
