Now Hiring: Transportation Coordinator / CNAResponsibilities Include:
- Communicate regularly with the Director of Nursing and other designated contacts within the organization.
- Attends required in-services and completes assigned on-line modules.
- Inventories and re-stocks, clinic, and day center supply rooms.
- Reconciles the charges to used supplies.
- Prepares end of the month reconciliation for the Administrator.
- Orders supplies including but not limited to Office, Dietary Supplements, and incontinent supplies
- Researches and analyzes product and pricing information
- Responsible for conducting and overseeing monthly and annual inventory.
- Responsible for maintaining an adequate amount of supplies.
- Maintain computerized and manual files for tracking inventory.
- Inventory of all supplies periodically.
- Perform after hour managerial duties
- Driving the residents to their apponitments
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Facility Administrator, HR Director, Director of Nursing, or designee.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of staffing experience in healthcare or long-term care.
- Must have a valid drivers license in good standing.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to establish and maintain a competent and professional working relationship with a variety of individuals and the site leadership.
- Ability to use good judgment, maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Highly organized with a strong ability to think logically using analytical and mathematical concepts.
- Proven ability to multi-task, troubleshoot, complete projects, and assigned tasks on time.
- Excellent and effective oral and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Skill in using technology and other electronic devices for tasks such as scheduling, timekeeping, in-servicing, inventory, purchasing, and generating reports.
Salary : $15 - $19
