What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Person position at Pinewood Apartments?
Pinewood Apartments is accepting applications for a maintenance positon. Duties include basic plumbing, electric, carpentry, cleaning and preparing apartments to be rented. Other duties induties include: snow shoveling, grounds upkeep and other occasional duties. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs comfortably, climb ladders, and inspect crawl space. Background checks required.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Facilities Maintenance Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
