The Head of School will be responsible for the overall management, academic excellence, and financial health of the school. This individual will create and lead a strategic vision for the success of the school, oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum, and manage administrative, financial, and personnel processes. The Head of School will articulate the school's mission and values, develop successful partnerships with faculty, parents, and the community, and ensure the school is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
Head of School Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to guide the school’s growth and development
- Serve as the primary contact for faculty, staff, parents, students, and outside organizations
- Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum
- Manage all administrative, financial, and personnel processes
- Monitor school finances to ensure fiscal responsibility and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Manage the staffing and hiring process, including interviewing and selecting new staff
- Oversee the development and implementation of school policies and procedures
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including faculty, staff, parents, and the community
- Ensure the school is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations

Head of School Requirements and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in school administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices related to school administration
