Our Solana Beach office oversees the company's U.S. investments and operations, with a primary focus on real estate and infrastructure development. As a strategic hub for our parent company's North American activities, we manage both corporate investments and provide comprehensive support for our executive leadership team.

Core ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations

  • Manage office operations and coordinate with various stakeholders
  • Handle document management and maintain organized filing systems
  • Process invoices, manage accounts, and coordinate with accounting
  • Assist with real estate and infrastructure investment documentation
  • Coordinate with international teams and stakeholders


Executive Support

  • Provide high-level support to C-level executives
  • Manage calendars and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate private aviation logistics and track expenses
  • Handle sensitive family office matters with discretion
  • Act as a key liaison between executives and various stakeholders


Administrative Excellence

  • Maintain impeccable records and organizational systems
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare comprehensive documentation
  • Manage vendor relationships and office resources
  • Handle correspondence and conversations professionally
  • Assist with special projects as needed


Required Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and Google Workspace
  • Basic experience with Quickbooks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in executive support or office management preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) preferred, not required
  • Knowledge of aviation operations and/or family office management is a plus
