The Sales Development Rep position is for individuals who are ready to develop challenging pre-sales experience through the identification and qualification of sales opportunities. You'll be working in close collaboration with marketing and enterprise field sales to produce revenue pipeline by uncovering and converting leads.

This is an entry-level job where you start a career in technology sales. There is great earning potential (uncapped commission SPIFs) and an extraordinary path to sales, that is well-defined and helps you build the skills you need to build a career in technology sales. You'll join a competitive, motivated team, with a great culture, and a bright future.

SDRs are expected to be in the role for at least one year. We are remote on Monday and Friday and in the Denver/Austin office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

You Will:

  • Make 50 cold calls per day
  • Apply knowledge of Ping's offerings, market, and trends to uncover sales opportunities
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to build account-based prospecting strategies
  • Use technology, such as Salesforce, to contact leads and convert them to sales opportunities
  • Achieve quota targets
