Pingree Day Camp is seeking qualified camp counselors and lifeguards for the summer season.
Campers range in age from four to thirteen years old. The camp operates from June 23, 2025 to August 15, 2025, from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., Monday through Friday. These are seasonal employment positions.
Job Description
Camp Counselors
Camp Counselors are responsible for supervising small groups of campers (separated by age). They lead activities such as arts, games, and athletics. Lunch and snacks are provided.
Camp Counselors must be at least sixteen years old prior to the start of camp.
Lifeguards
Pingree Day Camp seeks lifeguards for the 2025 season. The camp reimburses the cost of the lifeguard course and registration fee upon successful completion of the camp season, and offers a $100 bonus to employees hired for this role.
Lifeguards work under the supervision of the Pool Director and are responsible for general water safety and some aquatic instruction. Lunch and snacks are provided.
Lifeguards must be at least sixteen years old prior to the start of camp.
