Responsibilities
Hardware and Software Support:
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Providing technical assistance to end users on software applications, password resets, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintaining accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and user guides
- Supporting IT projects by performing data entry, testing new applications, or assisting with implementation
- Researching new technologies, industry trends, and potential solutions to IT challenges
- Currently enrolled in a computer science, information technology, or related degree program
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
- Familiarity with operating systems like Windows and macOS
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, basic network topology)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
