Description : PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. Specializing in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to contacts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, with a focus of clarity, accuracy, and compliance with government regulations.
Location : Fort Knox centric (REMOTE)
Required Clearance : Secret with ability to obtain TS
Required Education : Associate’s degree in relevant field.
Required Experience : Three (3 ) years of experience as a Technical Writer
Responsibilities :
- Experience in explaining highly technical data and information in simplistic grade school language for end users of complex IT systems and projects.
- Must be able to use a variety of word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and scheduling tools.
- Must have experience in being able to gather and convert data into a written narrative.
- Develop comprehensive and clear documentation for government contracts, including proposals, technical specifications, and project plans.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- Stay up to date with government regulations and contract requirements to ensure all documentation adheres to relevant standards.
- Verify that all content complies with security and privacy policies associated with government contracts.
- Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity, coherence, and adherence to contractual requirements.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications or a relate field.
