We are seeking a Program Director - Cybersecurity Services to join our team and lead critical Task Orders (TOs) for the Army Research Laboratory (ARL).
Responsibilities
* Oversee the provision of comprehensive cybersecurity services, including Assessment and Authorization (A&A), Software Assurance, Incident Response, and more.
* Manage and oversee all Contractor employees, assigning workloads and providing clear direction to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Deliver monthly status reports and perform risk management. Maintain excellent working relationships with end-users and IT teams within ARL.
* Ensure all processes are followed and make management and operational decisions to meet the quality standards required under this TO.
Requirements
* Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
* Minimum 10 years of Cybersecurity experience and 5 years of program management experience.
* Proven ability to effectively communicate and lead teams through Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes, pass Cybersecurity inspections, and facilitate IT enterprise and mission projects.
