Speakeasy Mixologist/Bartender

Key Responsibilities:
Mixology Mastery:
Create and serve a wide range of signature cocktails, mocktails, and traditional drinks with precision and artistry.
Develop and refine new cocktail recipes to surprise and delight our guests.
Guest Engagement:
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and ensuring their beverage preferences are met.
Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at the bar.
Bar Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking necessary ingredients and supplies.
Adhere to cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow established safety protocols and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Verify the legal drinking age and handle any issues related to overconsumption responsibly.
Inventory Management:
Monitor beverage inventory levels and promptly notify management when restocking is needed.
Minimize waste by efficiently using ingredients and supplies.
Documentation and Reporting:
Keep accurate records of cocktail recipes, inventory, and sales.
Provide regular reports to management on beverage sales and customer preferences.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; bartending certification or mixology training is preferred.
Proven experience as a bartender, showcasing exceptional mixology skills.
Creative and innovative approach to crafting cocktails and beverages.
Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain composure during high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.
Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
