The Firm Technology Group provides internal IT support through configuration and maintenance of all computer equipment and software, as well as the Help Desk. What You Can Expect to Do :
As Technology Support at Pinion, you will field incoming helpdesk requests from end users via telephone and the firm's ticketing system. We provide our internal clients with top-notch customer service, so you will prioritize timely response and resolution. Your ability to troubleshoot issues will help identify trends and create new solutions that enhance the firm. As you join us, you will see how your actions will truly have a positive impact on employees, their productivity, and ultimately the bottom line.
Desired Skills and Capabilities :
- Basic knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10, computer imaging, user profile creation, computer hardware, and the ability to follow a checklist
- Strong troubleshooting skills, identifying trends and root issues
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and produce accurate, dependable work
- Excellent oral communication and organizational skills, with an ability to navigate challenging conversations, address concerns, and find mutually beneficial solutions
- A demonstrated ability to positively collaborate to achieve team goals
- Enthusiasm and excitement about technology and the opportunity to learn and grow
- The curiosity to go beyond the textbook, asking hard questions, and using technical skills to provide solutions to client problems

Compensation : In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications / licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $20 - $25 per hour.
