Compensation : In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications / licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $25 to $27 per hour. (In the event that an employee is paid on an hourly basis, salary estimates are based on estimated annual hours and earning potential, in accordance with state wage and hour regulations.)
Colorado Residents : In any materials you submit, you will not be penalized for redacting or removing age-identifying information such as age, date of birth, or dates of school attendance or graduation. For intern applicants, we will need the date you anticipate being available to work full-time in order to be considered for a future full-time conversion offer.
