Responsibilities :
An Associate can expect to :
- Build relationships and gain opportunities with clients from various industries as you provide leading-edge accounting and consulting services.
- Work with an amazingly talented group of colleagues, applying technical skills across a range of projects and client opportunities.
- Provide thorough, concise, complete, accurate and professional services to internal and external clients.
- Grow and develop, as you are sought out as a preferred service provider on projects that fit your unique abilities.
- Be held accountable for team goals and client deliverables, as you partner with the project leader to work within project scope and exceed expectations.
- Work in a progressive environment that rewards innovation and entrepreneurship.
- Identify trends and patterns in client information and financials, recognizing potential problems and bringing them to the supervisors attention.
- Demonstrate curiosity, going beyond the textbook, asking hard questions and using your technical skills to provide solutions to client problems.

Compensation : In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications / licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $54,000 to $69,000. (In the event that an employee is paid on an hourly basis, salary estimates are based on estimated annual hours and earning potential, in accordance with state wage and hour regulations.)
Colorado Residents : In any materials you submit, you will not be penalized for redacting or removing age-identifying information such as age, date of birth, or dates of school attendance or graduation. For intern applicants, we will need the date you anticipate being available to work full-time in order to be considered for a future full-time conversion offer.
