This role is on-site from one of our offices in Helena, MT, Loveland, CO, or Salina, KS. Ideal candidate would be available to work 8am - 5pm CST.
The Senior IT Service Specialist should expect to:
As Senior IT Service Specialist, you will field incoming helpdesk requests from end users via telephone and the firm’s ticketing system. We provide our internal clients with top-notch customer service, so you will prioritize timely response and resolution. Your ability to troubleshoot issues will help identify trends and create new solutions that enhance the firm. Your ability to use logic, knowledge, and research will help solve complex software, system, and network problems. As you join us, you will see how your actions will truly have a positive impact on employees, their productivity, and ultimately the bottom line.

What you will need for this position:
- 3 years of experience supporting Enterprise-level technology and technical solutions with complex business requirements
- Experience working with Microsoft Office products, including Azure
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate in a manner that is compatible with the individual you are working with
- Strong troubleshooting skills, identifying trends and root issues
- Ability to diagnose recurring issues and provide proactive solutions and recommendations to improve performance and staff satisfaction
- Cognitive abilities, interpersonal skills, self-management, and organization skills
- Attention to detail, to document comprehensive inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken in a timely manner
- A belief that flexibility is key, and continuous learning and improvement are vital to the success
- Able to operate independently, with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends when they may be required based on project timelines
- Ability to travel infrequently for activities such as office site visits, training, or outreach activities
- Experience serving an accounting firm
- Experience working with CCH Engagement and Axcess Tax
