Pink Callers is seeking a B2B Sales Representative to help us expand our reach and provide essential support to HVAC, plumbing, and other service-based businesses. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Manage leads and client interactions in HubSpot CRM
- Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance metrics
- Prepare and present compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team and attend weekly standups
- Understand and effectively promote company services and programs
- Respond to client inquiries about services, pricing, and availability via phone, email, and text
- Analyze client needs and provide feedback for potential new services
Travel occasionally for industry events or client meetings (may include overnight travel)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong understanding of sales systems and processes
- A commitment to exceptional customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, vendors, and teammates
- Experience with HubSpot, Slack, Trello, Zoom, Excel, and CRM platforms
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Knowledge of service trades (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
- A team player with a heart of gratitude, humility, and a passion for helping others succeed
TECH REQUIREMENTS:
- Desktop or Laptop with webcam & speakers and a second monitor
- Operation System must be Windows or Mac based
- Tablets, Winbooks, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook & Android systems are NOT compatible
- 8gb RAM or more Windows or Mac Desktop or Laptop with webcam, speakers, and a second monitor
- High-Speed Internet with a wired ethernet connection and highspeed connection.
Position
- M-F 8-5PM CST Mandatory travel as needed
Compensation
$13 per hour with commission
