Position Overview

As a Mover, you will play a vital role in providing seamless relocation services to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include loading, transporting, unloading, and placing household goods and equipment with care and efficiency. You will work closely with a team, following company procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling (10-30 hours per week, 2-5 days per week). Movers start at $21/hour, with experienced movers and supervisors earning $24-$27/hour, plus tips and performance incentives. There is significant room for advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the loading, transportation, unloading, and placement of household goods and equipment.
• Safely lift, move, and transport heavy items by hand or with moving equipment (dollies, hand trucks, etc.).
• Follow instructions from the crew leader and adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering client questions and addressing concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance by wearing the company uniform and adhering to grooming standards.
• Handle company equipment, packing materials, and vehicles with care and responsibility.
• Pack, unpack, wrap, and secure items as needed to ensure their safe transport.
• Work as a team player, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
• Uphold respect and professionalism when working in customers’ homes or business spaces.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong work ethic with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift and carry 100 pounds consistently.
• Must be friendly, reliable, and punctual.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Previous moving experience (1 year preferred but not required).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Basic math skills for inventory tracking and job estimates.
• An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
